Stone Creek Landscaping (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you visit our website, contact us by text, email, or phone, or use our services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information when you visit our website, request a quote, schedule services, or otherwise interact with us by text, email, or phone:

Contact information: Name, mailing address, service address, email address, phone number (mobile and/or landline).
Communication information: Contents of emails, text messages, and phone call notes (for example, service requests, questions, and feedback you provide).
Service information: Property details relevant to providing services (such as lawn size, type of service requested, visit history, service preferences).
Billing information: If applicable, limited payment‑related details (such as payment method type and transaction data). Full card data, if collected, is handled by our payment processor and not stored by us.
Website/device information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected through cookies or similar technologies.

We collect this information directly from you (for example, forms you submit, messages you send, or calls you make), and automatically through your use of our website (for example, via cookies and analytics tools).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide services, communicate with you, and operate our business, and we limit marketing use to situations where we have the appropriate level of consent.

In particular:

Service and transactional communications: We may contact you by text, email, or phone to respond to your inquiries, send quotes, schedule or confirm appointments, provide service updates, send invoices, and handle customer support.
Marketing communications: We send marketing or promotional text messages only with your prior express written consent, as required under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state “mini‑TCPA” laws.
Express written consent means you took a clear affirmative action (such as checking a box or submitting a form) after seeing a disclosure that explains you agree to receive marketing texts from Stone Creek Landscaping at the phone number you provide, that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can opt out at any time.
We may also send marketing emails or make marketing calls where permitted by law and consistent with your consent and preferences.
Business operations: Improving our website, services, and customer experience; maintaining records; accounting; and internal reporting.
Legal and security: Complying with legal obligations, enforcing our terms, and protecting our rights, property, and the safety of our customers and partners.

We keep records of when and how you gave consent, the phone number or email address provided, and the exact consent language that was shown to you.

3. Text, email, and phone communications
